Eesh, long story behind this pic. When I scanned it, it ended up with a curvy black line running roughly down the middle. (Don't ask why, please. Like I said, long story.) You can see remnants of it in the blade. :P So that's why this turned into one big experiment with the software that came with my scanner. I 'smudge'd the whole background, adjusted the contrast on Link, reduced graininess, 'brush'ed the dialogue box, 'blur'red Navi (then blurred her some more), erased some smudginess on the skulltula, darkened part of the background and lightened another part, redrew Link's ears (which didn't scan well) using only straight lines... etc.
